" In February 1996 a heart murmur was detected in my son P.J. He was 2 months oId. In March 1996 P.J. was referred to a cardiologist in Crumlin’s Hospital for Sick Children Dublin and following echo and ECG Scans it was discovered P.J. had two holes in his heart that required emergency open heart surgery.  At that time P.J. was too weak to undergo surgery. It was necessary to build him up first to give him a better chance of surviving the operation.
P.J. had open heart surgery on 09/09/1996.  The operation was successful and P.J. responded very well and was able to return home 3 weeks later.
For the first time since he was 3 months old, P.J. (17 years old), is no longer under the care of his cardiologist.
The only thing PJ has been doing since his last check-up in February 2012 (were concerns were raised regarding the continual narrowing of the left Ventricle which was also operating below normal par) and his appointment yesterday (were all was perfect) is taking 1 scoop of ARGI+ everyday!
